FCM Travel Solutions names Bertrand Saillet Managing Director for Asia

Singapore, 2 July 2018 – The award-winning travel management company, FCM Travel Solutions, has consolidated its Asia management team and today announced Bertrand Saillet as the new Managing Director of Asia. Bertrand will replace David Fraser, who was previously the Managing Director of FCTG Asia.

Bertrand was the General Manager for FCM Travel Solutions, overseeing the sales and marketing, account management, technology and operations across Asia. He has been instrumental in consolidating the Asia business in the past couple of years, achieving significant profit growth In his new role as the Managing Director of FCM Travel Solutions and FCTG, Bertrand will now spearhead the overall growth of both FCTG and FCM Travel across Asia.

David Fraser, who will be relocating to Brisbane for a global corporate role, said, “Bertrand has done a fantastic job growing and leading FCM in Asia over the past few years. The year 2017 has been a milestone year for FCM as it strengthened its presence across Asia and introduced technological innovations to better serve their customers. The company launched their next-generation technology suite, FCM Connect that provides a single gateway to connect customers to all FCM’s leading digital tools including Analytics, Approve, Booking, Secure, Expense and Mobile and more. This year, FCM customers will also see the comprehensiveversion of SAM (Smart Assistant for Mobile), FCM’s AI chatbot application which delivers personalised information to business travellers through a chat-based interface.
